Hold a PhD or terminal degree (or be near completion by time of hire) in Counselor Education and Supervision, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field.
Hold or be eligible for Massachusetts DESE School Counselor and/or School Adjustment Counselor licensure (required).
Demonstrate expertise in school-based counseling, prevention and intervention models, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, and collaboration with families and community agencies.
Have graduate-level teaching experience.
