Our reps are paid $24.00 base-appt, that is not based on sales or results.

We have a commission structure set up based on performance.

There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fall back for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.

We get new reps up to speed very quickly and help more experienced people gain additional skills.

Part Time

Flexible Schedules

All ages 18+ or 17 and a high school graduate

5+ years RN experience in an Hospital and/or ASC

2+ years clinical orthopedic and spine experience with understanding of post acute care

Active RN license as required by state of Texas

BLS certification

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit, converse, and listen; use hands to touch, handle, or feel objects; and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

At least three years of experience in health education, with at least a portion in a direct education position dealing with the public, preferred.

BSN

ACLS Certifications

Previous patient navigation or case management experience

Knowledge of quality metrics, complications and patient safety indicators ; statistical training
