Must be able to wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment such as but not limited to masks, glasses, gloves, and specialty garments.

Be a great teammate by both asking and answering questions when instructions are not understood or clear.
Where necessary, set up or calibrate equipment, maintain accurate records, prepare reports for identification purposes such as test reports, and move material to and from work areas.
Follow all cleanroom procedures to maintain the integrity of the space and the cleanliness of the assembled products
High School diploma or equivalent
Wear cleanroom garb (hair bonnet, mask, gloves, coat, and shoes)
Understand and follow written work instructions.
Must maintain a safe and clean working environment through compliance with procedures, policies and regulations.
The required PPE and training allow for the safe handling and processing of chemicals like adhesives, lubricants and solvents, and safe operation of jobrelated equipment and tools.
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated participation in lean manufacturing, 6Sigma and/or continuous improvement initiatives
5+ years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required
3+ years' supervisory experience; in a union environment a plus
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or the Sciences/Engineering or relevant manufacturing/production experience required
Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with sheet metal fabrication to include CO2 and Fiber Lasers plastics and cast component manufacturing, as well as, Electro/mechanical product assembly and refrigeration experience a plus
