Ability to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as production requirements dictate.

Minimum of **5 years of recent, hands-on experience** operating cherry pickers, hydraulic cranes, aerial work platforms, boom lifts, or similar powered industrial equipment.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate aerial lift or comparable equipment in a manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environment.

Ability to perform and document pre-operation equipment inspections.

Ability to safely maneuver and position equipment in congested industrial work areas.

Ability to recognize overhead hazards, obstructions, personnel, equipment, and other potential hazards.

Ability to understand and follow equipment operating procedures and manufacturer requirements.

Basic understanding of equipment capacity, operating limitations, and safe operating practices.

Ability to work safely around overhead cranes, suspended loads, forklifts, trucks, machinery, and other industrial equipment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic math and measurement skills.

**NCCCO/CCO Mobile Crane Operator Certification – Telescopic Boom Crane (TSS/TLL), or equivalent nationally accredited crane operator certification recognized by OSHA, along with all required employer evaluation and personnel-hoisting qualifications.**

Must pass a pre-employment screening.

Ability to wear all required PPE for the position.

Ability to stand and walk throughout an **8–10 hour shift**.

Ability to work indoors or outdoors in year-round weather, including rain.

Ability to climb into and out of equipment repeatedly throughout a shift.

Experience working in areas with overhead cranes and active material-handling operations.

Familiarity with hydraulic crane, aerial lift, or equipment inspection requirements and safe operating practices.

Experience working at elevated heights for extended periods.

Experience assisting welding, fabrication, maintenance, rigging, or production personnel from elevated work platforms.

Aerial lift, MEWP, or comparable equipment operator certification/training is preferred.

Familiarity with fall-protection requirements and equipment.

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with established production, quality, and safety goals.
