Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience managing challenging, aggressive, or maladaptive behaviors in K–12, ABA, or care settings (required).

Comfort and willingness to support students across Pre-K–12th grade, including high school and young adult learners (18+) when assigned.

Associate's Degree or 60+ cumulative college-level courses

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour, paid weekly
