Previous related maintenance experience and some training in one or all of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing and cleaning.
Ability to perform general maintenance repair needs
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs without assistance as well as move throughout the building and perform the various physical demands set forth in this job description.
Demonstrates ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to fulfill job requirements.
Persons who have been found guilty by a court of law of abusing, neglecting or mistreating individuals in a health care related setting are ineligible for employment in this position.
