* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM discipline with 5+ years of related experience; OR * Masters degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of related experience; OR * PhD in a STEM discipline with 1+ year of related experience.

Strong experience performing structural analysis and engineering evaluations.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Experience with engineering software tools and standard office applications.

Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Master's or PhD degree in a related engineering field.

Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Experience supporting high-performance flight structures or aerospace systems.

Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools such as: * FEMAP * NX NASTRAN * ANSYS * ABAQUS

Knowledge of thermal loading, high-temperature materials, and structural response analysis.

Experience supporting structural testing and validation efforts.

Familiarity with advanced material systems, including composite and ceramic matrix materials.

Experience utilizing scripting, automation, artificial intelligence, or data science tools in engineering applications.
