Knowledge of metal characteristics and properties including heat-treating
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
Ability to prototype parts
A working knowledge of injection mold machines/press room equipment and machinery.
A working proficiency using conventional and CNC tool-room equipment and machinery.
A working proficiency of Sinker EDM, Wire EDM, Hole Popper EDM.
Demonstrated ability to read and use blueprints.
Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.
Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.
Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Occasionally use of steps, or ladder.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Seldom to occasionally position self to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
