Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another related human-services field.
Active Washington State license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Meets the requirements to serve as a Washington State Approved Supervisor.
At least one year of supervisory, lead, or management experience.
At least three years of relevant behavioral health experience working with youth or young adults.
Experience providing clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, or employee development.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, clinical documentation, and professional ethics.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn electronic health record and reporting systems.
Successfully pass all required criminal history and background checks.
Successfully complete a tuberculosis screening.
Maintain reliable transportation and a valid Washington State driver's license or obtain one by the date of employment.
Maintain a driving record and automobile insurance that meet Friends of Youth requirements when using a personal or organizational vehicle for work.
Complete required CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications within 30 days of employment.
