Education is equivalent to an AA degree from an accredited institution, specializing in social services, special education
Two (2) years of experience providing instruction or working one-on-one with a special demographics who display a developmental and/or physical disability, as well as support our senior population.
Must have a valid Driver's license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and own transportation.
Must have a strong user knowledge of Word and Excel.
Customer service skill in the field.
Have a dedicated home office space for working remotely.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and detail oriented, while demonstrating a concern for the safety of the vulnerable population.
Ability to self-manage in remote settings.
Inspire confidence in the participants ability to independently use public transportation safely through modeling professionalism, and training.
Showing a passion for our vulnerable populations by displaying integrity, responsibility, dependability, punctuality, flexibility, initiative, ability to communicate in simply clearly sentences is a must.
Knowledge of the local transit system.
