Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of construction project management, program management, or mission-critical facility experience.
Demonstrated experience managing schedule, scope, budget, change control, RFIs, and construction project reporting.
Experience with contract, lease compliance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project coordination.
Ability to work onsite in Abilene, TX
