Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical discipline
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of six (6) years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or a regulated manufacturing environment
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional manufacturing, capital equipment, new product introduction (NPI), or operational improvement initiatives
Planning work, managing schedules and resources, identifying risks, and driving execution
Proven leadership and influence skills, including mentoring engineers and technical personnel, building consensus among stakeholders, effectively communicating with all levels of the organization, and driving accountability to achieve business objectives
Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities with experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCCA, PFMEA/FMEA, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making, along with proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, and QMS platforms
U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum
