Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
ASHA certified (CCCs)
Must be eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in order to earn ASHA certification (CCCs) and/or meeting ASHA credentialing criteria. Once achieved, must maintain ASHA credentialing.
Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e mail
Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility
Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
Demonstrate good body mechanics at all times

Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
Current and unrestricted license
Current CPR certification
A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and are expected to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance.
Individual must carry vehicle insurance in accordance with their residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event/$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher.
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
