Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience in transmission planning, power systems analysis, or a related energy discipline.

Hands-on experience with power flow analysis tools (e.g., PSS/E, PowerWorld, PSCAD, TARA or equivalent).

Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field

Experience working with RTOs/ISOs (e.g., PJM, MISO, WECC, SPP, ERCOT) on transmission interconnection or planning studies.

Familiarity with renewable energy integration, generation interconnection processes, and large load interconnection.

Experience supporting data center, hyperscaler, or large industrial load growth initiatives.

Proficiency in GIS tools and data management platforms for transmission system visualization.
