2 years of experience with adult learning principles in instructional design, training development, e-learning development, or related area.

Bachelors degree with a focus in learning, curriculum design, education, communications, or a related discipline, or an additional two years of training/experience in lieu of this degree.

Experience with one or more eLearning authoring tools such as: Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Proven understanding of learning modalities and adult learning styles.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of current training presentation products and emerging technologies for mobile applications.

A professional certificate in Instructional Design or a related discipline.

Experience with image/graphic creation and manipulation.

Experience working with Articulate Rise 360.

Experience in creating simulations, gamification design, and recording screencasts.

Experience creating compelling visual designs for training that is functional and engaging.

Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and web design.

Multiple related professional certificates will be considered accordingly.

Pay: $25 - $28 per hour, paid weekly.

Providing continuous, personalized support throughout your application process

Professional development, including in-app training, paid role-specific certifications where applicable, and additional development opportunities depending on role and location

Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).

72 quarter college credits or higher, OR one of the following: - A high school diploma with a Washington State Paraeducator Certificate - A high school diploma with a Passing score on one of 3 Washington approved assessments: * ETS Parapro score of at least 455 * Pearson Paraprofessional assessment score of at least 220 * The Master Teacher Inc Paraeducator Online Training Program grade of at least 65%

Professional proficiency in English.

U.S. Work Authorization

Prior experience, personal or professional, assisting people with special needs or disabilities.

Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the day

Able to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)

Prior experience working with children in a structured setting is an asset.

Previous experience working in special education

Behavioral Technician or PCA experience

Crisis prevention (CPI) training

CPR certification
