Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Communication or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a UX, Designer, UX researcher, UX Analyst, UX program manager, or another related occupation.
Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) hands-on experience with design communication, project management, design, and stakeholder management in a cross-functional team environment; (2) people management experience including hiring, firing, and mentoring; and (3) technical cross-functional project management experience.
Must have one year of experience in the following skill: (4) establishing and implementing direction and design strategy for technical products.
