Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Valid NPI

Must be licensed in Washington

Must be able to provide telehealth

ROTATING ON CALL WEEKENDS - ONCE EVERY 6 WEEKS

PRIOR CASE MANAGEMENT WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Minimum six (6) months of experience in clinical teaching or precepting, nursing professional development, delivering educational programs, curriculum design, process improvement, professional development/evaluation, or related experience.

Bachelors degree in Nursing or a health-related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in an inpatient setting, clinic, and or skilled nursing department or a directly health-related field.

Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire

Basic Life Support required at hire

MCG HIGHLY PREFERRED/NEEDED!

MCG CERTIFICATION, EPIC CERTIFICATION CCM CERTIFICATION AND RN EDUCATOR WORK EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
