At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction and supervising people familiarity with the equipment used to complete work and the ability to identify and solve problems.
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening
Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
Experience working in telecommunications or utility construction
Provenn leadership experience guiding employees to product high quality results and teamwork
Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the designated job duities and responsibillities of the position
Reasoning Abillity: Ability to make common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with and resolve problems with mutiple variables.
Language Skills: Ability to read, undersand and interpret documents such as safety rules, machine manuals and process procedures. Ability to write reports and speak effectively to customers, coworkers and vendors.
