RN Clinical Admissions Specialist - Hospice - FT

Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.

Currently holds an unencumbered license in one of the following: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT), Licensed Social Work (LSW) with applicable State Board in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.

If working in home-based services, can also hold an unencumbered license: Certified occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with applicable State Board in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.

Some travel is necessary so a valid drivers license may be required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school and/or program is preferred, but not required.

Prior work experience in long term care facility preferred.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Starting Rate: 2758

You will be paid weekly, your stipend is included in the weekly pay rate.

12 Hours - Night Shifts

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Registered Nurse

At least one year of experience.

At least six months of travel experience.

Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.

Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
