This position is full-time Monday - Friday.

Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM CST.

It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday.

Ability to complete three weeks of training, during Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Ability to work a full-time schedule after training: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM CST.

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience

Must be 18 years of age OR older

1+ years of customer service experience within a hospital or healthcare environment

1+ years of Health Information Management (HIM) or Release of Information (ROI) experience

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Ability to complete three weeks of training, during Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Ability to work a full-time schedule after training: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM CST.

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

RHIT or RHIA certification

2+ years of customer service experience

EPIC experience

Health Information Management (HIM) experience

Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance

Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting

Experience working in a call center

Experience communicating with patients & staff with various educational & socio-economic backgrounds

Clerical or administrative support background
