Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering** , or related field.
5-10 years of experience in **manufacturing engineering, process design, or production engineering** , preferably in ETO or high-mix environments.
Strong understanding of **manufacturing process design, material flow, and factory layout**.
Experience with **CAD tools, ERP/MRP systems, and engineering-to-manufacturing integration**.
Working knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing principles and application**.
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing floor for extended periods.
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Use of hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
