Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing industry experience in a management or leadership capacity
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, installation methods, repair techniques, and industry requirements
Experience managing roofing operations, production, customers, employees, budgets, and business performance
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and hold employees and leaders accountable
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and business development
Ability to analyze problems, evaluate options, and make sound business decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
