Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
Must be able to (1) understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors, and (2) read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling
Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50-75 lbs.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on the warehouse floor
Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll.
