Day Shift

This position operates on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule; Day Shift 6am- 6pm

Performing a basic-skilled level of maintenance activities sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job listed above successfully

Min High School Diploma or equivalent

2-year technical degree or equivalent experience at ALPLA or similar industrial

Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety

Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics

Familiarity with power transmission systems and industrial controls

Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics

Experience with programmable controllers

Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance.

The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

$25/hr. to $40/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in an industrial, mechanical maintenance, or field service role.

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with precision measuring tools and mechanical assembly.

Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and schematics.

Experience using hand and power tools in an industrial setting.

Physical ability to lift equipment, work in various environments, and stand for extended periods.

Valid driver's license

Ability to travel for field service work as needed.

Technical or trade school training preferred.

Exposure to rotating equipment (pumps, motors, compressors, etc.) preferred.
