Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Candidates without a 4 year technical degree can be considered if they possess the minimum demonstrated 10+ years of successful experience in Operations or in a related field.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience
Lifting/carrying of up to 35 pounds occasionally
The ability to sit for extended periods of time and work on a PC
Would need to be able to walk out on a manufacturing floor
Would need to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Navigate possible uneven surfaces
Bending, squatting, twisting rarely
Very limited exposure to equipment, machinery Powered Industrial Vehicle traffic and some chemicals
Demonstrated experience working within and supporting a quality system.
Familiar with lean practices.
Experienced in successful product launches participating via a new product development (NPD) process.
