High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand technical instructions.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive hand/wrist motions.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Visual ability to inspect small parts and read detailed instructions.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots are required.
