Reads and works from detailed process sheets and drawings
Solders electronic components onto PCBs following technical diagrams and assembly instructions
Conducts visual inspections and uses testing equipment to verify solder joint quality
Identifies and troubleshoots soldering defects, making necessary repairs or adjustments
Sets up, operates, and maintains machinery according to instructions
Complies with ESD policies, safety practices, ISO procedures, and FOD protection requirements
Accurately enters and maintains production records
Assists in the operation of selective solder machines and SMT line as needed
May require lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods of time
