Properly and safely load and unload machines
Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
State Apprentice Program Certification in CNC a plus
Required to stand, walk, or bend for extended periods of time
Make appropriate offsets and adjustments to tools
Select and install cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and other accessories according to specifications
Ability to hold tight tolerances
High school diploma or GED required
Properly use calipers, veneers, and thread gauges
4+ years as setup and operator experience in CNC Lathe machining
Operate and setup CNC Lathe machines
Appropriately modify or edit programs
Complete required inspection checks
Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machines
Utilize and abide by all safety procedures
Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 20lbs
Read and interpret blueprints
