2-3 years related experience preferred
Requires ability to read, write, and speak in English
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
SAP software experience a plus
Must be able to work Monday - Friday - 12:00PM - 8PM, possible Saturdays based on product demand
Must be a member of at least one team in support of continuous improvement for the plant
Must adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and procedures
Must perform and participate in a team environment
Must maintain process control by monitoring statistical information and reporting variations
Must perform and participate in daily cleaning of task area and detailed cleaning during CIP
Must inspect all equipment as required and complete required preventative maintenance
Must identify mechanical issues and list probable faulty functions; failure analysis should not take more than 5 minutes before calling maintenance
Must ensure safe operation and quality ownership
