2 nd shift on a (4) 10s schedule, Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 1:55am.

High school or trade school diploma

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Verifiable supervisory experience leading teams in a machining environment

Excellent computer skills are required

Must be capable of working with ERP systems and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Must have a working knowledge related to the manufacturing functions being supervised.

Must be able to read blueprints and have GD&T; capabilities.

Must be capable of effectively supervising associates in an atmosphere where the associates are represented by a collective bargaining unit.

US Citizenship is required at time of hire.

Completion of an apprenticeship program or other related post-high school education preferred.

Preferably one similar to PCC.

Earn up to $750 in incentives as a seasonal team member at ECFC- including a new hire incentive and a reliability incentive for strong attendance.

$21.45/hour starting pay

Shift premiums up to $3/hour (Shift Premium)

$21.45 - $23.20 Hourly

The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50 lb boxes without difficulty

Experience operating a forklift, order picker or other Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) is a plus

Significant walking or other means of mobility.

Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell.

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
