Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company's safety culture
Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude
Capable of shutting down a machine in an emergency
Understand and perform rework procedures
To adhere to all company policies regarding conduct, safety practices, and job performance
Ability to operate safety door on molding machine to extract molded parts or load molding fixtures/hand loads
Collect first shots and last shots
Be available to work overtime as needed
Participate in-group and individual training
If something doesn't seem quite right question it and report it to your supervisor immediately
Shut off water to the mold in case of a large leak
Use limit samples/workmanship standards properly
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment
Identify and understand material tickets
A pre-employment and 6 panel (no THC) Drug screen required
Must remain at machine for duration of shift as required except for scheduled break times
Correctly complete Production Orders and Machine Cards
Safely answer alarms on the machine
