Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

3+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 8D, PDCA, Six Sigma)

3+ years of specific experience in Quality areas

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering

Advanced mastery of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology or Six Sigma approaches

In-depth knowledge and practical application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)

Demonstrated ability to apply advanced problem-solving tools (Design of Experiments - DOE, Statistical Analysis, Kaizens)
