Active Secret Clearance required to be considered for this position.

Experience utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing tools.
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, additional directly
applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) or higher prior to
start date.
Demonstrated experience supporting Cisco SD-WAN environments.
Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts and technologies.
Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware.
Experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with InfoVista network performance management tools.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a
team-oriented environment.
