6+ years of experience in federal contract management
Experience in DoW or Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) or Program Management Office (PMO)
Experience developing acquisition and procurement materials such as contract strategy, acquisition plans, solicitation package, evaluation plan, J&A;, D&F;, SOW, CDRLs, contract mods, PRs, TIs, 7300s, TARs, and intellectual property strategy
Experience preparing responses to data calls, SES and Flag Level briefings, reports, and correspondence such as program reviews, POM PRR, DAES report, or Congressional RFIs
Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI
Ability to interpret and provide guidance on procurement statutes, policies, and regulations, contract approach types, contract strategy, contracting methods, contract types, intellectual property, international acquisition and exportability, and foreign military sales
Ability to support program planning, contract execution, spend plans, annual TY task planning in NEPS, and analyzing and tracking budget allocations, obligations, and expenditures
Secret clearance
