Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; will consider 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a BS/BA degree
Proven experience in technical writing within cybersecurity, intelligence, defense, or federal environments
Demonstrated ability to write for highly technical cyber domains, including network security, cloud security, cyber operations, threat intelligence, and defensive tools
Strong understanding of RMF, NIST controls, DoD cybersecurity policies, and intelligence community documentation requirements
Experience supporting a Program Management Office or large-scale federal program
Ability to synthesize complex technical information from SMEs and convert it into structured, high-quality documentation
Exceptional editing, grammar, and communication skills with the ability to tailor content for technical and executive audiences
Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Jira, and MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently at a senior level, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality products under tight deadlines
