Working Hours: Normal Work Hours - Monday - Friday (anticipate 40 per week).

More than 15 years of experience as a construction inspector on large complex multimillion dollar construction projects;

Professional experience in construction inspection and construction quality control of vertical construction/renovation of buildings, architecture, general structures, mechanical equipment, and systems, plumbing installations and equipment, and/or electrical systems and equipment;

Must have the ability to read, understand, and advise Government personnel on construction documents;

Experience with Resident Management System (RMS);

Must be familiar with construction safety, demolition and repair work, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing codes/regulations, construction means/methods and the three-phase inspection process of a quality control program;

For any mechanical work, individuals must have experience with mechanical design and construction for complex facilities, central utility plant, generator and fueling distribution, and general mechanical distribution and commissioning;

Occupational, Safety, and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Safety Training required

$23-$28/hour, based on experience
