Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent education in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
Demonstrated experience interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic diagrams for assembly and wiring tasks.
Experience performing basic electrical troubleshooting on circuit boards, wiring, and electro-mechanical systems.
Experience performing basic mechanical troubleshooting on assemblies, components, and supporting machinery.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical problems in a production or equipment manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with hand tools commonly used for electrical and mechanical assembly, including crimping tools and related equipment.
Ability to read and apply schematic diagrams and technical documentation to perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly.
Background in electro-mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, or electromechanical products.
Experience with electrical box wiring or robotics mechanics.
Familiarity with programming related to equipment setup or testing (as applicable to the role).
Comfort working with ultrasonic and advanced inspection technologies in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work from and contribute to process documentation, work instructions, and test procedures.
