Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing production or operational teams in a high-volume, regulated environment
Working knowledge of passport issuance processes and familiarity with applicable statutes, rules, and regulations governing U.S. passport operations.
Experience interpreting and enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within a government or government-contracted setting.
Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff to meet production, quality, and security standards.
Experience reviewing production reports and using performance data to monitor workflow and achieve production goals.
