High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain or currently hold forklift certification and successfully pass the forklift certification test
Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules
Ability to use a computer for all required company processes, procedures, documentation, and training
Capability to routinely lift, carry, and move raw materials or products weighing up to 100+ pounds
Ability to stand, kneel, and walk on concrete for approximately 90% of the workday
Ability to operate a forklift for up to 10% of the workday and safely use various warehouse equipment
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with paint odors and to follow all safety and PPE requirements
The ability to work overtime and weekends when production demands increase
Personal protective equipment is mandatory
