Day Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Mon-Fri

Swing Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Mon-Fri

Standing on feet for 8 hour shift

Position Status: Full Time.

Ability to learn and safely operate rubber injection molding equipment and related machinery.

Follows all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and machine safeguards.

Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing and lifting.

High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

Ability to lift up to 35 - 40 pounds.

Produce quality work at a consistent pace, standing on feet for 8 hour shift

NPI maintains a drug free workplace policy and conducts pre-employment testing in compliance with Washington SB 5123.

Manufacturing, machine operation, rubber molding, or injection molding experience preferred.
