Minimum 1-2 years of asphalt milling or asphalt crew experience
Solid understanding of the milling and surface preparation process
Experience operating heavy equipment such as milling machines, skid steers, and brooms
Familiarity with road construction environments; high-traffic or MUTCD experience a plus
Strong safety mindset with the ability to follow procedures and regulations
