Strong attention to detail along with math skills necessary for interpreting measurements and graphs.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
Must have ability to multi-task (from capabilities and experience).
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as lift/carry up to 50 pounds (physical requirements).
Must be current as a Part-Time Relief Veterinarian (internal associate status via Workday/Jobs Hub).
Must be able to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.
License with the Drug Enforcement Agency required.
Must have sufficient ambulatory skills to perform duties while at hospital.
Must have ability to perform all basic surgeries, including use of all standard medical instruments and equipment.
Must have fluent English communication skills (reads, writes and speaks fluent English, using appropriate grammar, style and vocabulary).
License in good standing with the applicable state veterinary board.
Must be able to work weekends and evenings; schedule may require more than 40 hours per week.
