24 or 32 hours; schedule is either 1) evenings and every other weekend; or 2) nights & every other weekend. All positions include rotating holidays, and are a mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts.

High School Diploma/GED required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience working with children/adolescents, facilitating group activities, working with patients with behavioral health challenges preferred.

1-2 Years of experience as a Behavioral Health, Mental Health Counselor or similar role in a similar setting preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and de-escalation certification per facility protocol/procedure within 1 month of hire.

$27 - $28 per hour

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and evidence-based intervention practices.

Active Massachusetts LBA/LABA licensure (if not current, must be willing to obtain).

8-hour Supervision Training (if not current, must be willing to obtain).

Previous supervision, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $145,400 to $ 173,812 based on a full- time schedule.

Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.

In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
