10+ years of property underwriting experience

Demonstrated experience underwriting construction risks, including large or complex projects

Proven ability to manage deals end-to-end and operate within defined authority levels

Experience leading broker and client discussions, including negotiation of pricing and terms

Strong understanding of construction risk exposures, project structures, and loss drivers

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

CPCU, ARM, or advanced degree preferred

$125,000 - $250,000 Annually

The ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.

Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.

$21.00 - $23.00****per hour

Experience using hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner

Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products, including TVs, soundbars, and interactive displays

Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting

Reliable smartphone with data access and access to a laptop or PC

Able to provide and maintain required tools and supplies

Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate certified lift equipment

Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred
