Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field.

Demonstrated 4-6 years' experience developing and delivering employee learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness programs.

Experience implementing or managing Learning Management Systems and learning technology platforms.

Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and workforce development strategies.

Experience partnering with leaders and managers to identify needs and implement solutions.

Experience working in higher education or complex organizational environments.

Experience using data and analytics to evaluate learning outcomes and organizational impact.
