Registered Nurse
12 months of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
12 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility.
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
1 year recent experience.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
A full 6-month break is required after employment with any Good Samaritan Society or Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
Previous employment must be disclosed on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
If previously employed by Sanford Health, that employment must be disclosed in the submission and must have ended at least 6 months before submission.
Any time off needed during the initial assignment must be listed with dates in the submission comments.
Willing to float to any MS or Tele unit requested by the facility that falls within their scope of practice.
