Shift- Sun to thu; 07:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Must have valid Driver's License

Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.

Experience estimating commercial construction projects from concept through bid submission.

Strong knowledge of quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, bid preparation, and estimating best practices.

Proficiency with estimating software and digital construction tools.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Experience soliciting, reviewing, and leveling subcontractor and vendor proposals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, market conditions, and industry standards.

Experience using multiple estimating platforms and construction technology solutions.

Experience in construction management, estimating, engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of commercial bidding strategies, procurement processes, and cost control practices.

Ability to adapt and perform in a growing organization with evolving systems and processes.

Scheduling: This position may be available as a part time or full-time role and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as Loaf N Jug locations can be open 24 hours depending on the store. Weekend & Holiday hours are required.

Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours), Full-time (30-40 hours)

Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures).

Specialized attire required in food establishments

Preferred Education: High School or GED

Preferred Experience: 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant

Preferred Licenses/ Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory
