This position is located on-site Yankton, SD
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing or robotics equipment
Inspect parts and complete assemblies to ensure they meet strict specifications, measurements, and tolerance limits
No education required, but preferred
Ability to meet Vishay's attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually)
Ability to use a microscope for 8 hours daily
Ability to do repetitive tasks that require the use of various defined procedures
Ability to work in a team environment and independently while maintaining a good working relationship with co workers & supervisors
Attention to detail, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Great hand dexterity
Ability to contribute to quality objectives
Provide products and services that exceed customer expectations
Obeys all work rules and Environmental, Health and Safety regulations as valid for the work tasks assigned
