2pm to 10am (2nd Shift)

Consistent 8-hour shifts with a 2nd shift schedule (2pm to 10pm).

Daily overtime, weekend work, and various shifts depending on workload

Ability to operate industrial trucks and follow specific directions and procedures.

Required to pass a written and driving test to obtain an operator's license.

Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.

Physical ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hours per day.

Required to work daily overtime, weekend work, and various shifts depending on workload; must be willing to work any available shift.

$1,000 Sign on Bonus

$500 paid at 6 months of employment, $500 paid at 1 year of employment. Must be an active employee at time of payout to collect the bonus.

The compensation range for this position is $21.00-$22.50 per hour.

2nd Shift

Ability to successfully pass a respirator test

High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience

Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided

Possess beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter

Ability to accurately read and understand tape measurements

Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills

Ability to possess good mechanical aptitude

Previous years of experience in powder coat painting in a manufacturing environment preferred

Previous experience working with hand and air tools is desired

Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is desired

Familiarity within a manufacturing environment is desired
