High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to read, understand, and follow documents and procedures. (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP)

Follow one- or two-step verbal instructions; read and follow written instructions; perform routine and repetitive tasks and carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or verbal instructions.

Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.

Associate's Degree or some coursework in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

10 Hours - Day Shifts

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Flexible scheduling with no evenings, weekends, or holidays

Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.

An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Minimum of six months' experience preferred.

Experience in a clinic setting preferred.

Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be registered as a Nursing Assistant (NA) through the North Dakota Department of Health within four months from the date of initial employment.

Hospital Experience Required

2+ Years of experience needed

Phlebotomy experience needed

Minimum of associate's degree in medical technology.

Valid ASCP certification or equivalent required

2-3 years' experience as a MLT or CLS in a Hospital Medical Lab

Hospital experience

Phlebotomy skills

Computer Charting experience

Experience providing care to patients within a rural area

Must be a US citizen

Active Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must be willing to pass Federal Security Clearance

Immunization records will be required

IHS experience a plus

Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems is preferred.

Bachelors in a related field preferred
